- All new subscriptions (both monthly and annual) come with a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the Service within the first 15 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

Please include your school name, subscription details, and reason for the refund (optional — we welcome feedback to improve our service).
2. Refund 4. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are acknowledged within 24 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or card)
- If paid by cheque, refund will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
5. What Happens After Cancellation
- Data retention: Your school's data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can request a full data export during this period
- Website & App: School website and mobile app will be deactivated upon cancellation. Domain names can be transferred to the school upon request
- Email accounts: Business email accounts will be deactivated. Schools should migrate important emails before cancellation
- After 90 days: All data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom development or integration work (Enterprise plan)
- Third-party domain registration fees (these are paid to domain registrars)
- On-site training and visit costs (if specifically charged)
- SMS credit packs (used or unused)
2. Refund 7. Downgrades
If you want to switch from a higher plan to a lower plan (e.g., Professional to Starter), the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the current billing period, but you retain access to all features until the period ends.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please email us at info@schoolhelm.com with the subject "Refund Dispute." We will review the case within 5 business days and respond with a final decision. If still unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.
